About Me

I’m a Marine Corps veteran and Computer Science student with a focus on building reliable, trustworthy software. During my nine years of military service, I developed experience in high-pressure environments that demanded precision, critical thinking, and teamwork.

After transitioning out of the military, I supported Department of Defense intelligence teams by integrating AI/ML technologies and user experience design into Air Force full-motion video operations. My work helped analysts process complex data more efficiently, enabling faster and more informed decision-making during critical missions.

Now based in Southwest Florida, I’m a husband and father of two, focused on continuing to grow as a developer. I’m seeking meaningful, remote-friendly opportunities where I can apply my technical skills, contribute to mission-driven teams, and maintain balance with what matters most at home.

Below are highlights of my technical skills:

Programming Languages

Java, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Python (In progress)

Frameworks & Libraries

Astro, Bootstrap, Spring Boot

Tools & Technologies

Git, GitHub, Docker, Docker Compose, npm, VS Code, IntelliJ, Webstorm, PyCharm, Jira

Databases & Systems

MySQL, phpMyAdmin

Projects

Hobbies & Interests

When I am not coding, I love spending time with my family or outdoors. I enjoy unhurried time with my girls, getting out on the water to boat and fish along the SWFL coast, and exploring new places—nearby or far-off destinations. These moments away from the screen keep me grounded and curious, and that curiosity inspires how I approach my projects.
